Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
What You'll Be Doing
Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment — chains, belts, bearings, conveyors, and more
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues to keep downtime to a minimum
Inspecting equipment to catch potential failures before they happen
Handling equipment changeovers and supporting current installations
Reading technical manuals and drawings to guide repairs
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and protected
Qualifications
Valid Industrial Millwright Red Seal certification /Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) — required
Solid mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with sprockets, bearings, alignment, and tensioning
Comfort reading equipment manuals and technical drawings
Familiarity with shop tools and equipment
CNC experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Able to work night shifts
