Location: Concord, ON

Northstar Wall Systems has been delivering high-quality masonry, EIFS, stucco, and exterior wall systems across the GTA for over 30 years. We work on commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential projects and have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator who can hit the ground running.

This is not an entry-level or training position.

We're looking for someone who already understands construction estimating, can read drawings confidently, prepare accurate takeoffs, and manage tenders with minimal supervision.

Salary:$80,000–$90,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
Prepare and submit competitive bids on time.
Identify scope gaps, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and general contractors.
Maintain accurate estimating records and pricing databases.

Qualifications




Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial and residential construction.
Solid understanding of masonry, EIFS or exterior wall systems.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings without assistance.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar software is an asset.
