Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily workloads of equipment operators
• Ensure safety measures align with company policies
• Conduct regular inspections and safety meetings
• Mentor and evaluate personnel for skill improvement
• Manage recordkeeping associated with operations
Requirements:
• Valid Class G Driver’s License required
• Previous supervisory role in an industrial context
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
• Solid proficiency using computers
• Effective multitasking and communication skills
