Role Overview

As our Dental Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive setting for patients and working as a full‑time administrator.

Responsibilities
Office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene
Submissions for pre‑determinations
Scheduling staff
Training and supervising staff members
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, interacting with patients, staff, and dental providers
Exemplary customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team

Qualifications




Minimum of 2 years experience in Dental Administration role and/or Minimum 1 year in Dental Practice Management role
Proficient with all administrator duties including office management, accounts receivable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for pre‑determinations, scheduling staff, etc.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supervising staff members
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation

Wage expectation is based on experience - $31/hr – $36/hr
