Become a Technical Support Technician specializing in field service for industry-related products throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Your primary focus will be conducting installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of equipment.

In this role, you will handle the installation and preventive maintenance of X-Rays, Metal Detectors, and Checkweighers, while also addressing first-line customer service issues. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and complete service documentation. Your expertise will be key in leading equipment modernization efforts and providing application support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform installations, maintenance, and calibration of equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in office for customers




• Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance tasks
• Configure systems prior to delivery and testing
• Provide consultation support to customers and the sales team

Requirements:
• Proven experience with X-Rays and other detection equipment
• Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent organization for inventory and documentation
• Driver's license and vehicle maintenance skills required
