In this full time, permanent role, you will partner with key leadership within Baycrest Corporate Centre for Geriatric Care, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. Your impact will be felt across various departments as you ensure labor relations success and take on HR operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with management to devise engagement strategies
• Provide insights using HR metrics for decision-making




• Establish trust with hospital leadership teams
• Coach managers on policy implementation
• Facilitate HR service delivery including recruitment

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years HR generalist experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, or similar
• Preferred: CHRL certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with labor legislation compliance
