Your Responsibilities

ng;You’ll coordinate development applications including Official Plan Amendments, Subdivisions, Zoning By-law Amendments, Committee of Adjustment applications, and Condominium approvals from submission through registrat

ionYou’ll review technical planning, engineering, legal, and financial documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvem

entYou’ll work closely with consultants, municipal staff, and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and keep projects moving according to sched

uleYou’ll oversee engineering design coordination and assist with contract administration related to servicing, utilities, and landscaping wo

rksYou’ll review and validate site plans, building designs, and development concepts, providing recommendations that enhance project functionality, marketability, and overall program performa
