Become a Safety Advisor at Arctic Arrow, leading safety initiatives for powerline projects across Western Canada. This position is focused on compliance, field inspections, and developing training protocols.

In this impactful role, you will report to the HSE Manager and ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards across all projects. Core duties involve safety documentation management, conducting field visits, and facilitating necessary training for crew members. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high safety protocols throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed inspections and compliance assessments
• Facilitate and document safety meetings regularly
• Organize all safety training and compliance records




• Develop emergency and safety plans for specific sites
• Perform root cause investigations for incidents

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in construction safety
• National Construction Safety Officer designation required
• Knowledge of powerline and electrical safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Earth
• Ability to travel frequently to project locations
