Take the lead as Clinical Manager of the Willow Program at Extendicare Cedars Villa in Calgary, Alberta. This full time role focuses on providing comprehensive care for seniors with Cardio-Respiratory conditions.

Reporting to the Director of General Programs, you will be responsible for the clinical management of services and ensuring that resident care meets high professional standards. Engage in strategic planning, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be vital in financial management and fostering relationships with external bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and oversee resident care service delivery
• Maintain professional standards within scope of practice




• Engage in multi-site strategic planning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
• Lead RAI/MDS coding and auditing processes

Requirements:
• Registered nurse with diploma or degree level
• Current license with the Alberta nursing association
• Experience in long-term care with Gerontological Nursing
• Minimum 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of Cardio-Respiratory residents
