Step into a critical leadership role as the Director of Clinical Recruitment and Retention at a Toronto CRO, earning between $110k and $130k. Focus on recruitment strategies and operational excellence in clinical trials.

This role brings the opportunity to oversee all participant recruitment for early-phase studies. You will be responsible for developing creative recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will optimize participant engagement and ensure enrollment objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the Clinical Research team to achieve study goals
• Report on KPIs to enhance operational transparency




• Develop recruitment strategies tailored for specific patient demographics
• Ensure optimal clinic resource management for study execution
• Lead performance planning for Call Centre operations

Requirements:
• A minimum of 4 years in clinical research or related fields
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and communication skills
• Prior management experience in the research context
