Dear Applicant, Kindervalley Montessori Academy is currently seeking an immediate hire for a Primary (Casa) Montessori Lead Teacher to join our team in Calgary, Alberta . This is a full-time position dedicated to guiding children aged 2.5 to 6 years in a warm, respectful, and inspiring Montessori learning setting.

Age Group: 2.5 – 6 years

Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: Very competitive wage, with eligibility for the Alberta government wage top-up.

Key Qualifications

AMI- or MACTE-accredited Montessori Primary (Casa) Diploma (or currently in progress).

Alberta Early Childhood Educator (ECE)



certification (Level 2 or 3 is preferred).

Demonstrated strong classroom leadership, observation, and communication skills.

A deep commitment to the Montessori philosophy and child-centred education.

Proven ability to foster a calm, prepared, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
