Take the lead as a Properties Coordinator and play a vital role in the Ontario Line project. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to support property management and coordination activities.

In this key role, the Properties Coordinator will drive the management of land-related requirements for the Ontario Line – Elevated Guideway and Stations Project. You'll work closely with internal design and construction teams, engage with external stakeholders, and ensure the accurate tracking of land requirements essential for project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate property access and occupancy agreements
• Review site plans and technical documentation for clarity
• Prepare detailed property sketches for submissions




• Track project commitments and action items thoroughly
• Facilitate communication with property owners and authorities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, or a similar field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property coordination
• Robust AutoCAD 2D skills and document management expertise
• Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
