Program Coordinator 2 – Saskatoon – Regina
Location: Saskatoon or Regina, Saskatchewan. Employment Type: Full Time. Posting Date: Nov 14, 2025. Closing Date: Dec 1, 2025.

Responsibilities

Implement, coordinate, and administer certificate and diploma programs (Continuing Care Assistant, Practical Nursing, Office Administration, Early Childhood Education and Mental Health & Wellness).

Plan, develop, and implement Adult Education Programs (Essential Skills, ABE level 3 & 4) along with trades training programs.

Recruit and advertise qualified students and instructors.

Coordinate practicum placements.

Prepare and oversee budgets, contracts, and service agreements.

Coordinate on‑site student supports and respond to program‑related inquiries.

Ensure program delivery supports and resources are in place, including accurate completion and submission of student documentation.

Represent DTI in meetings, prepare reports and program updates.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications





Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or Social Science.

3–5 years of experience in administration of post‑secondary education and skills training programs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management knowledge.

Robust interpersonal and written communication skills.

Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations.

Thorough knowledge of Métis culture and Indigenous education frameworks.

Travel within Saskatchewan required.
