As the Development Director, you will have a key impact on the management of the FC Live Platform Operations team. Your focus will be on driving high-quality outcomes and maintaining service readiness. Key Responsibilities:
• Drive operational success for FC Live Platform initiatives
• Work with the Area Producer to align priorities and initiatives
• Provide insights into operations to executive leadership
• Lead and inspire cross-functional projects and teams




• Continuously improve the operational model and team capabilities

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of leadership in operations or program management
• Proven experience in enhancing team performance and processes
• Solid skills in problem-solving and communication
• Experience with Agile or continuous improvement practices
• Capability to lead diverse teams and stakeholders
