The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our growing Corporate Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative B2B sales environment, enjoys building long‑term client relationships, and is passionate about helping organizations make smart technology decisions.

You’ll manage a portfolio of small, medium, and large businesses, working closely with key decision‑makers to understand their goals and deliver tailored IT and AV solutions. What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, technology leaders, and operational stakeholders

Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio





Understand client business objectives and recommend solutions that support their goals

Engage effectively with diverse communities and client demographics

Sales Strategy & Business Development

Develop territory plans including target accounts, competitive insights, and growth strategies

Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and pursue net‑recent business

Present TLD’s integrated IT and AV solutions in a consultative, value‑driven manner

Collaborate with manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams to bring proactive technology insights to clients

Collaboration & Internal Leadership

Partner with our Assistant Account Manager (AAM) team to support quoting, order entry, and order management

Work closely with engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery

Leverage CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, forecasting, and client activity

What You Bring

Post‑secondary education preferred

Sales and business training an asset

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or AV sales (both ideal)

Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Experience using CRM and opportunity management tools

Analytical thinking, sound judgment,



and strong problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
