The Opportunity
Southern Shore Dental is a well-established, community-rooted practice just outside St. John’s with steady patient flow and a schedule that stays consistently full. This is a full-time role where you step into immediate production, with a loyal patient base already built, and a team that knows how to support you properly. You’re stepping into something that’s already built.

Full‑time | New grads welcome

The Practice Environment & Clinical Growth
We are a collaborative, respectful team with strong hygiene support, dedicated assistants, and systems that keep the day running smoothly. The culture is steady, positive, and genuinely team‑first.

We are a true full‑scope general practice with room to grow. Digital workflows, modern imaging and scanning, and sedation support give you the ability to expand your clinical scope over time; whether that’s strengthening your foundation or pushing into more advanced procedures.

You’re the Right Fit If…

You value a team that works well together and supports each other

You want consistent demand and the ability to build robust patient relationships

You’re motivated to grow clinically in a stable, well‑run environment

You’re comfortable working independently while still having support when you need it

You’re a new grad looking for the right first opportunity – or an experienced dentist looking for consistency and balance

About Goulds, NL

About You

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

Valid CPR certification

All applicants must be domiciled in Canada. We thank all applicants, but only suitable applicants will be contacted. Applicants with a disability who require reasonable accommodation for any part of the application process and thereafter can contact our Talent Team at (phone hidden). Reasonable accommodations will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and your request will be responded to as soon as possible.
