Become a critical part of our aerospace operations as a Source Inspector in Ajax, Ontario, working part time at about 16 hours a week. Your main duty is to ensure shipping documentation meets all customer requirements and specifications.
We are looking for an experienced inspector with a minimum commitment of 2 months, with potential for more. You will carry out inspections on mechanical components and manage quality documentation effectively. Your proactive communication will ensure smooth resolution of any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute source inspections on components prior to shipping
• Validate shipping documentation against customer requirements
• Notify customers of any discrepancies or non-conformance
• Generate quality reports based on inspections
• Support solutions to meet quality expectations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years in aerospace inspection
• Experience with mechanical systems is required
• Familiarity with AS 9100 standards
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Must have a laptop and mobile phone for tasks
