The Receiver plays a critical role in the supply chain by ensuring the accurate and effective receipt of goods and materials into the warehouse. This position is responsible for verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, inspecting items for quality and quantity, and properly documenting all received inventory. The Receiver collaborates closely with warehouse staff and inventory control teams to maintain accurate stock levels and support timely order fulfillment. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to prevent discrepancies and ensure that all products are stored correctly and safely.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse, receiving, or inventory control role.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely, typically up to 50 lbs.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications




Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Knowledge of health and safety standards related to warehouse operations.
Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and vendors.

Responsibilities
