Reporting to the Manager, Health & Safety, the Health & Safety Administrator provides day‑to‑day administrative support to the Health & Safety team. Based in Calgary, this role is focused on coordinating safety activities, maintaining document control, and supporting compliance tracking across the organization, with occasional travel to field locations, as required.
Responsibilities Support SIF prevention initiatives and programs
Manage safety applications such as contractor registries, incident reporting systems, etc.
Support the development of the quarterly EHS newsletter
Assist with preparing safety reports, metrics, and summaries
Manage EHS SharePoint pages and dashboards
Prepare safety meeting materials
Organize, maintain, and control health & safety documentation, files, and records
Track and update safety training, certifications, and onboarding requirements




Coordinate logistics for safety training sessions, meetings, and orientations
Support office safety requirements
Enter and maintain safety data
Support internal audits by gathering and organizing required documentation
Manage PPE inventory, ordering, and tracking
Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety team as needed
Qualifications Post‑secondary degree or diploma; education related to Occupational Health & Safety is considered an asset
1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
Oil & Gas industry experience is considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
