This player-coach role emphasizes hands-on coding alongside leadership responsibilities, including mentoring engineers and defining project priorities in collaboration with Product teams. Your leadership will greatly impact the team's success and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a small team of engineers, focusing on growth and performance
• Split time between coding and technical design contributions
• Collaborate with Product and Design to create effective roadmaps




• Ensure project execution aligns with business objectives
• Coach engineers through peer reviews and development discussions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including management
• Robust skills in programming languages like TypeScript
• Experience with AWS and microservices architecture
