Position Name – Business Systems Analyst – Treasury & Risk

Mode of Work – Hybrid (3 days a week at office)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and driven CTR BSA with strong Wealth Management (WM) domain expertise, preferably with Banking experience.

The ideal candidate should possess robust data analysis skills, technical documentation capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business and development teams while handling multiple projects.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Work on Wealth Management data domains, including data mapping and transformation.

Create detailed functional and technical specifications (FSDs, TSDs, and NFRs).

Perform data analysis using SQL and support development teams with data insights.

Work with batch processes, APIs, and Kafka-based solutions.

Lead small projects or modules and coordinate across cross-functional teams.





Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration.

Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure smooth communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Wealth Management domain and trading lifecycle.

Experience in data domains, data mapping, and data analysis.

Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus.

Experience in creating technical, functional, and non-functional specifications.

Exposure to batch processing, APIs, and Kafka-based architectures is desirable.

Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Ability to lead small teams or projects effectively.

Quick learner with strong multitasking capabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle stakeholder pressure.
