In this role you will manage, and direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity & a commitment to exceptional customer service. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will help deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency

Motivate all employees through coaching/development

Back up Service Business Mgr

Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment

Perform final approvals on equipment

Exceptional customer service & follow up

Assist in quoting repairs & maintaining records

Build effective team dynamics with all departments

Encourage secure working habits

Requirements





Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics

5+ years doing complex repairs

Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion

Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays

Valid driver's license

Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent

Expert knowledge of ag equipment

Effectively use computers/systems
