Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing staff and daily patient management
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharge, and placement
• Mentor and support clinical staff in best practices




• Engage in quality improvement and safety audits
• Collaborate with various departments and committees

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse license with BCCNM
• At least three years of clinical experience, one in supervision
• Relevant post-graduate certifications or coursework
• Strong communication and leadership skills
