Job Title : Digital Content Specialist
Division : Erikson Consumer https://www.eriksonconsumer.com/
Location : Baie d’urfe - West island of Montreal
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Hybrid
Role Objective: Responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and optimization of product listings across systems and digital platforms. It combines item master data management (SKU setup) with enhanced digital content creation (A+ / rich content) to ensure products are correctly configured, commercially ready, and optimized for customer engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
SKU Setup & Item Master Data Management
Create and maintain SKU/item setup in internal systems (ERP, PIM, retailer portals)
Ensure accuracy of:
Product specifications (dimensions, weights, case packs)
Pricing, cost, and hierarchy data
Barcodes (UPC/EAN), compliance attributes
Manage new item launches, updates, and discontinuations
Validate data against retailer/vendor requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve setup errors or listing issues
A+ Content & Product Page Optimization
Develop and manage A+ / enhanced content (e.g., Amazon A+, retailer PDP content)
Create or coordinate:
Product descriptions and bullet points
Feature/benefit messaging
Comparison charts and brand modules
Product variations set up
Product videos, quick start guides, how to videos
Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all digital platforms
Optimize content using SEO best practices and keyword strategies
Collaborate with design/marketing teams for images and visual assets
Platform & Retailer Execution
Upload and maintain listings across:
Retailer portals (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, etc.)
Syndication tools (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo)
Monitor content compliance and approval status
Ensure listings meet each retailer’s content standards and guidelines
Data Quality & Performance Tracking
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Track product page performance (traffic, conversion, content scores)
Identify opportunities to improve content and increase conversion
Generate reports on SKU setup status and content readiness
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and eCommerce teams
Support new product launches with timely setup and content readiness
Act as liaison between internal teams and retail partners
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
SKU setup accuracy & completeness
Time to market for new items
Content completeness scores (e.g., retailer scorecards)
Error resolution turnaround time
Experience
2–5 years of experience in SKU setup, product data management, eCommerce operations, or digital content coordination
Experience managing large product catalogs and maintaining high data accuracy across systems
Hands‑on experience with A+ content / enhanced product pages strongly preferred
Experience working with ERP, PIM, or syndication platforms (SAP, Salsify, Syndigo, or similar)
Exposure to retailer portals such as Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart, or equivalent
Education (Preferred)
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Strong balance of analytical (data) and creative (content)
skills
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional workplace
Proactive in identifying and fixing issues
Experience With
ERP / PIM systems (SAP, Salsify, Syndigo, etc.)
Retailer portals (Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart, etc.)
Basic understanding of SEO and digital merchandising
Strong Excel knowledge
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple SKUs and deadlines simultaneously
