and standard operating procedures Track and manage tickets using an incident management system Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management and trend analysis Follow ITIL-based processes for incident and request management Requirements Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 25 years of experience in an IT support role Solid communication and customer service skills Experience with IT ticketing systems Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications are an asset Thorough understanding in the following areas: Windows .
