In this full time role, you will contribute to creating a vibrant arts setting. You'll manage volunteer recruitment and provide functional guidance for part-time staff, ensuring programs are well-supported. Applicants are expected to respond to programming requests and ensure all spaces are safe and operational during events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and training for volunteers and interns
• Assist with program planning and program visits
• Liaise with facility staff for space readiness




• Respond to ad-hoc programming requests

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Fine Arts or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in arts education
• Certification in First Aid and CPR “C”
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ActiveNet
