Robust technical skills in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, Document Understanding, and OCR/Task Mining are essential, along with programming in C#/.NET and integration via REST APIs.
The role covers end-to-end RPA delivery - from process analysis to production support - including CI/CD implementation, Orchestrator governance, and mentoring junior developers.
Robust stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience are required; TCS BaNCS API knowledge is a plus.
