Server (Casual) – The Frob Eatery

Location: Frobisher Inn, Iqaluit, NU

The Frob Eatery, located within the Frobisher Inn, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our team on a casual basis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Overview

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This is a casual position with hours scheduled based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
Process payments and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff




Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements
Must be 19 years of age or older
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Valid Food Safe (Food Safety Certification) required
Valid Responsible Beverage Service certification (ex Serving It Right or equivalent) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and as part of a team
This is a casual position; hours are not guaranteed
Employer sponsorship is not available for this position
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
