Robert Half is partnering with a client that''s looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to their Finance team.

This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Handle full-cycle accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger updates, and journal entries.

Prepare and issue monthly invoices for government vehicle usage.

Manage invoicing for government shipments, including air and other transportation methods.

Administer claims related to long-distance and local transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.

Process government invoicing for LTS, Air, and SEA shipments Carry out revenue distribution tasks and ensure funds are allocated correctly.

Month end and year end tasks.

Provide support for diverse accounting activities and assist with day-to-day financial operations as needed.
