EnVision Consultants Ltd. is looking for an experienced, motivated, team-oriented person to join our Land Development team as a Project Engineer. Ideal candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem‑solving abilities and demonstrate the capacity to effectively manage internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities
Work with clients and the Land Development team on GTA land development projects
Help manage the design team and ensure client expectations and business unit standards are met
Obtain land development approvals and act as a liaison between client and approving authorities
Participate in the preparation of proposals and other business development activities and aid with financial management of projects
Mentor staff and assist with their development and growth
Proactively commit to creating a positive work environment
Support and/or develop Health & Safety programs
Collaborate with other disciplines at EnVision with respect to multi‑disciplinary projects
Travel to sites within the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, as needed
Any other functions assigned as part of your employment
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
3 – 5 years of experience in a consulting environment focused on GTA land development projects
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario
Working knowledge of the land development approvals process in Ontario
Project management experience is an asset
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil3D
Proven success in client relationship management and strong leadership skills
Comfortable interacting with the public, clients, contractors, and co‑workers
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, and to proactively respond to time‑sensitive issues
A valid G license and access to a vehicle to travel to and from sites (mileage to sites compensated), including valid and appropriate vehicle insurance
