As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll guide the efforts of the maintenance crew at the Suncor Base Plant. Your role will include overseeing the repair operations for heavy and light equipment, ensuring that all activities are conducted safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance activities and worker schedules
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards
• Report and investigate safety incidents thoroughly




• Maintain workflow efficiency through planning
• Lead daily safety meetings and compliance checks

Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in a related heavy equipment role
• Proven supervisory experience of three years
• Certification as a tradesperson; Red Seal considered an asset
• Education in a related field preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with JDE
