Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a team of HR professionals to enhance performance
• Provide BP support for senior leadership issues
• Maintain legal compliance in various regions
• Oversee operational aspects of HR technology systems
• Facilitate engagement and talent development programs

Requirements:
• 8–10 years in HR management, with global team oversight
• Familiarity with employment laws in NA and EMEA
• Experience with AI in HR process enhancements
• Solid modern HRIS skills, especially HiBob
• Proven capability in driving HR transformation initiatives
