As part of Hatch, this role requires at least seven years' experience in EPCM environments. You will oversee electrical engineering execution across multiple projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure technical accuracy. This position combines leadership with hands-on technical responsibilities within a cooperative team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the execution of electrical design for mining projects
• Mentor and coach junior engineers and designers
• Develop and check engineering calculations and specifications
• Prepare detailed proposals and design documents
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients

Requirements:
• Must have 7+ years relevant experience in engineering
• Professional Engineer registration in Canada
• Expertise in electrical design software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work within diverse teams
