Key Responsibilities:
• Attend monthly Board meetings from September through June
• Engage actively in a designated Board Committee
• Commit to an initial three-year term with potential renewal
• Contribute to strategic governance discussions
• Represent the interests of the community and residents

Requirements:
• Prior experience in health, IT, HR, or real estate fields
• Governance experience is a beneficial asset
• Availability for some in-person meetings
• Commitment to community health service
• Effective communicator and team contributor
