We seek a dedicated technician responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining chillers in a growing setting. A certified Red Seal Refrigeration/HVAC Mechanic will excel in this role, leveraging skills in diagnosing equipment issues, performing installations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Ongoing mentorship of apprentices will also be a key component.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair chillers and related equipment
• Install various chiller components efficiently
• Overhaul and service multiple chiller brands




• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies
• Contribute to training initiatives for apprentices

Requirements:
• Certified Red Seal Refrigeration/HVAC Mechanic required
• Experience with centrifugal, screw, scroll, and piston compressors
• Valid Ontario driver’s license essential
• Strong communication skills needed
• Dual Journeyman Certification preferred
