This is an opportunity to step into a broad, hands-on HR role where you will take ownership of the function and play a key role in strengthening leadership, performance, and structure across a multi-location business.

What You Will Be Responsible For Recruitment and Onboarding Lead full cycle recruitment across multiple locations
Improve hiring quality and consistency
Implement structured onboarding programs
Performance Management and Standards Build and implement performance management processes
Establish clear expectations, metrics, and accountability
Support leaders in managing performance and driving results
Leadership Development Coach managers on how to lead, manage, and develop their teams
Provide practical tools for feedback, accountability, and growth
Support the creation of employee development plans
Change Management and Structure Support organizational change and evolving team structures
Bring clarity to roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines
Compensation and Workforce Planning Support compensation planning aligned to performance
Partner on workforce planning and organizational design
Operational Accountability and Customer Impact Strengthen decision making and accountability across teams
Improve alignment between performance, cost, and business outcomes
Support leaders in improving team effectiveness and customer experience

Requirements 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience
