Job Description Business Analyst Order Management System (OMS) & Retail Supply Chain Location: Mississauga, ON Onsite (5 Days WFO) Role Description Responsibilities Understand and document current business processes and requirements.

Translate requirements into user stories in an agile environment using Jira and Confluence.

Develop comprehensive user test cases, execute them, and document the results.

Participate in the design, development, and implementation of a given system.

Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and expectations.

Oversee the Quality Assurance function to ensure the recent system performs as expected and adheres to quality standards.

Use MS Office and draw.io to create reports and visual representations of system processes.

Apply supply chain Transportation knowledge.

Perform other duties as assigned, in addition to the ones listed above.

Requirements 68 years of Business Systems Analysis experience with a strong focus on Order Management & Replenishment.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience.

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on QA.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and draw.io.





Proven experience in OMS implementations and retail or distribution-based replenishment operations.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations, inventory allocation, order lifecycle management, and replenishment processes.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, along with solid interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile setting with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple project deadlines.

Retail background is an asset but not mandatory.

Must be a self-starter and able to ask relevant questions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications Agile methodology certification is an asset.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
