As a First Cook in a private school cafeteria, reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the proper and timely preparation of meals including, but not limited to, food service & food safety.

Your work will include: Always maintaining a clean kitchen and food storage areas.

Preparing high-quality, nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch) according to the client scheduling and within the menu plan and budget guidelines.

Being flexible and responding to client needs and food preferences as necessary.

Adhering to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Protected Food Handling/Health Unit regulations.

Adhering to all relevant Dexterra and Campus policies and procedures.

Managing inventory.





Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
