QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience Graduation from a recognized university program in Physiotherapy; and Current practicing full licensure with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Physiotherapist; and Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Physiotherapists (CPA); and Completion of a recognized Department Management course or five (5) years recent related experience including three (3) years supervisory/management experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Skills And Abilities Demonstrated ability in organization, planning and management skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership.
Demonstrated effective communication skills when dealing with various specialists.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to implement current developments in the field of Rehabilitation Services and health care in general.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
