Paralegal (Client Intake Experience) #5152 Our client is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Paralegal to join its team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a robust background in client intake, particularly in roles involving detailed client interviews, claims preparation, and file management.

Key Responsibilities Conduct client interviews as part of the claims administration process.

Prepare and draft claims based on information gathered from clients.

Serve as a primary contact for clients and obtain documentation and details relevant to their claims.

Oversee the progression of files, including collecting supporting records and assisting with settlement administration.

Maintain accurate records and ensure files are managed efficiently throughout the claims process.

Qualifications Paralegal Diploma or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), immigration, personal injury, class action, or other client intake-focused legal environments is considered a strong asset.





Robust commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Excellent organizational and file management abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Demonstrated investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, internet-based tools, case management software, and advanced database management.

Self-directed and capable of exercising sound judgment and making recommendations when appropriate.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
