Position Overview: Working under the guidance from the supervisor/manager of Inventory Control, methodically audits the inventory accuracy of our warehouse facility.
Main Responsibilities: Performs inventory audits Performs Customer counts Annual count preparations, coordination and reconciliation Performs Stock checks Requirements: Some Post-Secondary courses plus 2 to 3 years related experience or specialist certificate/diploma Job Specific Skills, Knowledge & Competencies Judgment exercised to choose from a variety of alternatives Independently identifies and analyzes readily available facts Some creative problem solving is required to execute assigned work Written and verbal communication includes information, internal or external, often requiring clarification and may include basic direction,
instruction or presentation to others May provide input to policies directly affecting their role Significant attention to detail is required when analyzing inventory movement transactions Counting speed and accuracy are constantly required Must be positive with computers and able to learn computers quickly Container
