About This Chance
The Project Manager, Engineering will manage Product Supply Systems Canada facilities and capital equipment (Machinery & Equipment) projects at the Brampton Plant.
Role Details
Work Location: Brampton
Shift/Hours: In office 5 days/week
Base Salary: $108,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually (variable based on market location, knowledge, complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity)
Responsibilities
Manage multi-year capital projects including equipment replacement, modifications, and facility upgrades.
Develop projects in collaboration with Plant and Engineering teams.
Develop and validate scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables during planning phases.
Provide expertise in equipment, machinery operation, water treatment operations, syrup production, and related processes to ensure operating efficiencies at production sites.
Create equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers.
Manage the supplier inclusion process for approved supplier list.
Participate in bid reviews and vendor selection.
Develop a multi-year capital plan for assigned manufacturing facilities in collaboration with engineering and plant teams.
Qualifications
University degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred.
PMP certification is an asset.
Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
Experience in carbonated beverage industry considered an asset.
5+ years of operations experience or maintenance preferred.
Technical expertise in facilities, processes, and/or machinery utilized in the beverage industry.
