Bernard LLP is seeking a one-to-three-year call solicitor to join its business law group and support its continued growth.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will work closely with the corporate and commercial team on a broad range of matters for clients ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to large multinational corporations, across diverse industries with a particular focus on the marine sector.

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of business law matters, including corporate structuring, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial agreements, commercial leasing, secured lending, and reorganizations.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in corporate and commercial law. Experience or interest in industry specific work, particularly marine related matters, is an asset.

The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
