As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will report to the Vice President HR Business Advisory. This role is essential for providing strategic direction in HR business partnerships while guiding a dedicated HR team. Partner closely with Operations to ensure best practices in employee relations, talent planning, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set direction for HR practices across the region
• Collaborate with Operations on workforce planning strategies
• Develop bench strength and succession plans for HR roles




• Ensure compliance with employment laws and corporate policies
• Champion positive HR practices across all locations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
• Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Experience in multi-site and unionized environments
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
• Preferred bilingualism for regional communication
