In this full-time position, you will take charge as a District Manager responsible for overseeing several Brodie League locations. This role is geared towards leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit who are committed to driving operational excellence while nurturing existing managers. You will ensure that environments adhere to standards and provide exceptional experiences for athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor league health and ensure compliance with Brodie standards
• Mentor General and League Managers in best practices
• Identify and address operational gaps proactively




• Spearhead new market expansion from planning through launch
• Promote efficiency through effective workflows and automation
Requirements:
• Experience leading multi-location operations
• Demonstrated success in adopting standardized processes
• Solid problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Detail-oriented and accountable in operations
• Valid driver's license and travel availability
