As a Construction Framer at Integrity, you will play a key role in the construction of various building types, from residential to commercial structures. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.In this role, you will be working closely with a team of professionals, handling a variety of tasks such as operating construction equipment, and ensuring that every structure adheres to Integrity's established standards of craftsmanship and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a tangible difference, this is the chance for you!*Roles and Responsibilities*Install window frames, man doors, greenboard and insulation stopsMeasure and mark materials, such as posts, strapping, and bracingCut materials to required specifications for constructionFrame windows and doorways, ensuring proper alignmentSet posts to the correct elevation and positionMeasure, drill,



and install wall metalMeasure and cut gable metal and vents for installationInstall purlins as part of the roofing structureMaintain a clean work area, including unpacking and packing the tool trailerVarious service calls as required and requested by customersDriving/operating and maintaining equipment (scissor-lifts, bucket trucks, skid steer, etc)Ensure quality of workmanship, accuracy and efficient buildings to Integrity's standardsAdhere to Health & Safety policies and quality standards*Skills and Qualifications*General health & safety knowledge required to be on building sitesGeneral understanding of building constructionGeneral skills and understanding of most common hand and power toolsComfortable with working at heightsSatisfactory verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy is requiredDemonstrates professionalism, flexibility and 'can do' attitudeSelf-starter with the ability to work cooperatively and be willing to assist othersExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills*Education and Experience Requirements*Experience in the construction or building industryPrior experience operating construction equipment including scissor-lift, bucket truck, skid steer, etc. is an asset.*Valid class 5 drivers license and the ability to get to work, often at rural locations (not accessible by public transit)**Travel** *Travel throughout Western Canadian provinces may be required or requested and related to job schedule.
