Equipment Operator – Ultrasonics & Vacuum Truck Services

Responsibilities

Operate ultrasonic cleaning systems, wash pads, and related equipment following established procedures

Operate company vehicles and equipment, including vacuum, combo, and water trucks as needed

Complete all required job documentation, reports, and time tracking accurately and on time

Perform routine inspections and maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and work areas

Identify, report, and assist in resolving mechanical or operational issues

Work safely at all times, participating in daily safety meetings and completing required hazard assessments and documentation

Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals and waste in compliance with environmental and site requirements

Coordinate daily work activities and prioritize tasks in collaboration with supervisors and clients





Support a positive team environment through leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Represent the company professionally, communicate effectively with clients, and help identify additional service opportunities

Qualification and Competencies

Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract with Air-brakes

Experience with ultrasonic cleaning systems is considered an asset

Ability to be clean-shaven when required for respiratory protection (PPE compliance)

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach

Demonstrated commitment to a safety-first culture

Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability

Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills

Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment up to 40 lb

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Hours of work per day are regularly 8 hours per day, 5 days per week with applicable overtimerates.
