With a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and long‑standing partnerships across the construction industry, they are currently seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join their growing and agile team.

Job Description

Lead full tender lifecycle including quantity take offs, pricing, review, and submission

Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to produce detailed cost estimates

Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure full trade coverage

Prepare and issue subcontractor bid packages and tender documentation

Coordinate with consultants, owners, and internal project teams to resolve scope and technical issues

Manage prequalification submissions and bid compliance requirements





Maintain estimating accuracy aligned with company cost structure and margin objectives

Support buyouts, change orders, and cost reviews during construction

Prepare cash flow projections and cost summaries as required

Identify and pursue bid opportunities and maintain subcontractor call lists

Conduct site visits and attend pre‑bid meetings when required

Requirements
Mandatory

Minimum 8 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor

Proven experience tendering ICI and municipal projects

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and risk

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets

Preferred

Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating designation

Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
