As a vital member of the care team, this role is responsible for conducting thorough nutritional assessments for Residents, collaborating closely with families for tailored dietary plans. You will consult with food services to ensure compliance and monitor the quality of meals served, making recommendations for any dietary needs or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess Residents for personalized nutritional needs
• Collaborate on menu planning and dietary matters
• Conduct swallowing assessments and recommend techniques
• Counsel Residents on therapeutic diets and concerns
• Monitor quality and acceptability of food served
Requirements:
• Degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
• 2 years of recent relevant experience preferred
