Senior Software Engineer (Python) at an Elite FinTech Firm. Location: Montreal (Hybrid). Salary: Up to $200k CAD + Industry Leading Bonus.

Responsibilities

Building scalable and performant software

Involvement in code implementation, testing, and software architecture best practices

Working on large-scale greenfield projects

Skills & Qualifications

Robust experience with Python

Exposure to observability tooling is a plus

Desire to learn Rust

Experience in mission-critical environments where speed, reliability, and scalability are priorities
